Before I started Take Shape for Life; I thought I was semi-healthy...actually my health score from www.drwayneandersen.com was in the negative range and obese. I now have optimal health and so much more energy. I struggled going to social events, planning meals and thought well if I run a few more miles, then, I can eat more.
